I recently got this game called ‘Bloomtown: A Different Story’ and this is a narrative JRPG with turn-based combat, monster taming and social RPG set in a 1960s Americana world! You play as Emily and her group of friends to save their cozy town from the demonic creatures living in the Underside!
It gave me super Stranger Things vibes, especially with The Underside and the time frame this is set in! The art style is really cool and i love turn-based combat games, so i’m excited to finally play some more of it this weekend!
